Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

• You must provide a valid email address. We use passwordless sign-in — Google sign-in or a one-time email magic link — so there is no password for you to set or manage.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to your email and connected Google account, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly at support@lrcsong.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or impersonate another person.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, transcribe, or otherwise process content you do not own or have a license to handle — including, without limitation, commercial recordings, copyrighted videos, and age-restricted or private YouTube videos you are not authorized to download.
• Generate, embed, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, exploitative of minors, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Probe, scan, stress-test, or reverse-engineer the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, credit accounting, or other protective measures.
• Use automated scripts to create accounts, drain credits, or exfiltrate data at scale.
• Resell, sub-license, or re-wrap the Service without a separate written agreement.
• Upload malware, PII belonging to third parties without consent, or content that violates export-control or sanctions laws.

We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts without refund.

You retain all rights in any file, text, or lyric you upload or generate on the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to temporarily process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, decoding audio, running transcription, generating a download). This licence ends when processing ends; we do not use Your Content to train models or for any other purpose.

Publishing generated videos. As a specific exception to the processing-only licence above: when you generate a music video on the Service, you grant LrcSong a non-exclusive licence to publish that video — with an AI-generated title, description, and tags — to LrcSong's own channels, including its YouTube channel. You keep personal use and download of everything you generate, but you do not, by default, receive a licence to publish that specific generated video publicly yourself. Buying a YouTube Upload pass grants you that licence for one video: we release the video to you to publish on your own channel and do not publish it to ours. Publishing a generated video to your own channel without a pass is not licensed under these Terms.

You warrant that Your Content does not infringe any third party's rights. You indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of this warranty.

• New accounts receive a one-time allotment of free credits (currently 3). AI-powered tools debit credits; client-side tools (subtitle converters, viewers, validators, cleaner, CUE splitter, MP3 tag editor) are free and do not require an account.
• Paid plans are one-time purchases. You are charged once, for the period you select, at the time of purchase. There is no free trial and no deferred charge.
• Nothing auto-renews. We do not register a recurring mandate against your payment method, so no further charge can be taken without you making a new purchase. When your period ends, access simply ends — there is nothing to cancel.
• Credits from a paid plan are added to your balance once, at the time of purchase. Credits do not expire while the plan period is active but are not transferable to other accounts and are not redeemable for cash.
• Prices are shown in USD and charged in INR, converted at the market exchange rate at the moment of purchase. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT/GST where collected by Razorpay. We may change prices at any time; a change never affects a purchase you have already made, because each purchase is charged once and in full.

• If a background job fails after credits were debited, the platform refunds those credits to your balance automatically.
• For subscription charges, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge if you have not consumed more than 20% of the plan's monthly credits. Email support@lrcsong.com.
• Renewals after the first month are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop further renewals.

We target 99.5% uptime for production endpoints but provide no binding SLA. Scheduled maintenance may briefly interrupt the Service; we aim to announce such windows in advance. We may add, remove, or change features; if a material change disadvantages paying users we will give reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund.

Transcriptions, lyric timestamps, and AI-assistant replies are generated by statistical models and may contain errors, omissions, or fabrications ("hallucinations"). Always review AI output before publishing it to a music library, video edit, or external platform. The Service is not a substitute for professional transcription, translation, or legal clearance of copyrighted material.

The Service software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by LrcSong and protected by copyright and related rights. No part of these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or source code. The Service runs open-source AI models under their own licences; where a licence requires the author to be credited by name, that credit is given on our open-source attribution page.

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content hosted or generated through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice by email to support@lrcsong.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the infringing URL or content; (c) your contact details; (d) a good-faith statement; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act; (f) your signature. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

You may terminate your account at any time from Account → Delete Account, which hard-deletes all of your stored data. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, abuse of the Service, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination any unused credits expire and no refund is owed, except as provided in Section 6 or required by applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (e.g., fraud or, in certain jurisdictions, consumer-protection rights).

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence says otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where practical, notified by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
